Depends on the software. If you're running Vectorworks or Ashlar Vellum, which were developed for Mac OS and either don't have PC support or were ported to PC, I'd suggest getting a Mac. If you're running any flavor of AutoCAD, or Inventor, get a PC. Yes there's a Mac version of AutoCAD for now but implementation and support are spotty.
